Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
Job position description:
Our team is looking for a full-time Head of Marketing that has a minimum of 10 years’ work experience, and greater than 5 years’ experience in a management role. The Head of Marketing is a strategic and dynamic leader responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance the organization's visibility, brand recognition, and impact. This successful candidate will lead and oversee marketing efforts from creative to operations, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that align with Teen Challenge Canada’s mission. This includes managing direct-mail campaigns, digital and social media, and marketing campaigns to support the organization's goals and objectives. This position also oversees the strategy and execution of the sponsorship and donor retention process with a strong advisory role to development and donor relations activities. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert in all marketing-related activities through various channels with the objective of driving and attaining revenue targets and goals.

Location:
This role is based out of our head office in London, ON, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must reside within a two-hour commute of our London office.
