ONE MISSION SOCIETY (OMS) Canada is seeking a leader to serve as its Executive Director. Modeling a mature Christian faith, the successful candidate will share a strong commitment to world missions.
Strategic Focus:
General oversight, recruitment, fundraising, hiring, and supervision of head office and regional staff, budget preparation and ongoing monitoring, support of and liaison with OMS Canadian missionaries around the world, liaison with sister/partner organizations and other priorities as determined by the Board.

Living Situation:
The successful candidate must be willing to live within commuting distance of the OMS Canada office, which is located in Burlington, Ontario.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Benefits to be discussed.
